The High-rise Lincoln Plaza project consists of several residential towers holding approximately 550 residential units and a 120-room hotel. It also includes leisure facilities, retail units and basement car parks. This complex, structurally impressive building promises to be both versatile and striking visually. Walsh is supporting the project by sharing our expertise in planning permission and complex structural engineering. Our understanding of the complexities of delivering a development of housing, leisure facilities and a large hotel has already proved valuable. As well as ensuring structural integrity of the structures, we were tasked with gaining the required planning permissions for Phase 2 of the development. To date, all required documentation and design work has been delivered on time and with third party acceptance.
