Project information

  • Client: Galliard Homes
  • Architect: BUJ
  • Location: Greenwich, London

New Capital Court in South East London consists of two hotels, a major supermarket complex and high rise towers providing accommodation for 700 families. On the famous Greenwich Peninsula, the project also provides valuable car parking under the full site. This meant the towers needed an innovative ‘suspended’ design. Walsh was tasked with gaining planning permission and liaising with stakeholders including the Environment Agency. Our teams prepared all necessary documentation including temporary and permanent works design, designs for work adjacent to the river wall and design of the project’s full drainage and infrastructure systems.
