The New Garden Quarter residential development formed a key part of the regeneration of Stratford, East London. The scheme provided over 470 new homes split over two phases. Due to various site constraints, the eight storey development required significant negotiations with the local Highways Authority and Network Rail. To support carbon reduction, the development also featured a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS). This, in combination with our RC frame design and lightweight steel roof structure, led to a successful construction phase and a vibrant new community close to amenities and communication links.
