Quay House is a high-specification hotel and serviced apartment complex with a restaurant, an open-air terrace and on-site leisure facilities. Thanks to its distinctive and striking façade and the significant improvements it offers to the public realm, the project is already widely seen as a real asset to the local area. Walsh has been appointed to work on this project from planning phases to competitive tendering.
