The Victory Plaza PRS scheme consists of residential, commercial and retail space. 32 and 35 storey towers providing space for 482 homes. We identified several key savings across the development during our involvement with the project. The most significant was changing the piling designs and reducing the tower core sizes. These savings, along with a proactive approach, were key factors in Walsh’s appointment. Other project features include building the structure with the cladding, bathroom pods, risers and other features within an easy to manage enclosed environment. This process significantly improved construction speed and resulted in significant further cost savings.
